The residential part of the Marsa Al Arab project draws deep inspiration from the Mediterranean spirit. Our mission was to infuse this uniquely yacht-shaped space with a warm, inviting atmosphere, one that feels like home. Embracing the essence of escape and adventure, we collaborated with artists from diverse backgrounds to weave a timeless narrative, evoking the lingering memory of a Mediterranean summer, bathed in luminous light and vibrant hues.
